It's finally time. After weeks of delays - a first for the game - the Genshin Impact 2.7 countdown is finally about to come to a close. To prepare for the usual cycle of server downtime and updates, we've stuck two countdown timers below to help you know exactly when the changes will take place.

Below, you'll find two countdowns: one for the Genshin Impact 2.7 launch time, and another for the Genshin Impact 2.7 maintenance time. Depending on your region, you won't have to worry about this too much - you'll likely be asleep during the whole thing. But for others, the timers below are important.

Genshin Impact 2.7 Maintenance - When Does Downtime Begin?

Genshin Impact 2.7 Maintenance Begins

If you have any lingering quest lines to complete, Resin to spend, or materials to collect, you'll want to do it before 11pm on May 30, 2022. That's when Genshin Impact 2.7 maintenance begins, knocking the servers offline and making the game unplayable until they come back up alongside patch 2.7.

Genshin Impact 2.7 countdown ends with Yelan releasing.

What Are the Genshin Impact 2.7 Banners and Dates?

The Genshin Impact 2.7 countdown works for banners, too. With the patch official, we now know exactly who is coming to the game's gacha banner and when. These will release in a staggered time across the patch, with the first replacing the Ayaka banner than returned to fill in for the 2.7 delay.

  • 2.7 Part 1 (until June 21)
    • Main: Yelan banner with Noelle, Barbara, and Yanfei
    • Rerun: Xiao banner with Noelle, Barbara, and Yanfei

Are There Genshin Impact 2.7 Promo Codes?

Not right now, no. Genshin Impact promo codes tend to drop alongside the update livestream around ten days before a patch is set to release. Any codes revealed during the Genshin Impact 2.7 livestream have expired already.

If you log in soon, though, you should still have 400 Primogems to collect for each week patch 2.7 was delayed. This ended up being almost enough for a free ten-pull summon. Three livestream codes would have gotten you enough for maybe one single summon.

And that's all there is to say about the Genshin Impact 2.7 countdown. We've covered when the patch launches, when the servers go down for 2.7 maintenance, and the banners you'll be pulling in once it goes live.
