Zombie Army 4: Dead War, Release Date, Editions, Gameplay, Story, Co-Op and Everything You Need To Know

Zombie Army 4: Dead War is the latest game developed by Rebellion, who are best known for their dramatic slow-motion camera angles from the Sniper Elite series.

It's been almost 5 years since the last game in the series released, so we are expecting this game to be one to remember!

So what can we expect to see? Here's everything we know.

What Is It? 

The latest entry into the Zombie Army franchise is a 1-4 player cooperative adventure, where players will be tasked with defending off Hitler's undead army.

Set during the era of World War 2, the game will have a brand new story mode as noted to be "Shocking New Campaign".

"The resistance has defeated Zombie Hitler and cast him into Hell – but the dead rise once again with a greater hunger than before!"

The game will also be using the x-ray kill camera technology that the Sniper Elite series was known for.

This is one of the best features developers Rebellion could implement into this new Zombie Army game and we cannot wait to see how it plays out come release. 

Release Date, Platforms and Steam

Dead War is set to release on February 4, 2020, and will be playable on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.

You can pre-order the game right now through the Epic Games store for PC players as it will not be available on Steam!

Editions

There are numerous editions coming along with Zombie Army 4's release; it will have the standard edition, deluxe edition and collectors edition.

Players can pre-order the collector's edition at select retailers up for $99 USD and it will come with the following:

• ZOMBIE SHARK FIGURINE
• 10" STATUE
• Art Book – 60 pages
• Undead Airman Character Pack

If you do not feel like getting the collector's edition, you can opt-in for the cheaper deluxe edition of Zombie Army.
