Since Tears of the Kingdom arrived last month, Legend of Zelda fans have spent an incredible amount of energy relentlessly exploring the picturesque plains of Hyrule and enjoying what they have to offer.

While some players have dedicated their time to scything through quests, objectives and challenges, many seem to have been drawn in by the allure of building and sharing interesting contraptions that can unleash waves of destruction, help solve platforming puzzles, or make it easier to get around.

If, on the other hand, you’re the kind of Hylian warrior who likes to try and find ways to accomplish things that probably shouldn’t be possible in the game, but are if you know exactly the right steps to take, SmallAnt’s latest stream might be worth checking out.

Have you discovered any interesting glitches in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom so far?

The streamer, who’s recently managed to achieve 100% completion in the game and beat it without using any weapons, bows, or shields kicked off their latest broadcast by explaining that they’d put together a spreadsheet containing many of the glitches found by the game’s community since it came out.

Having established that most of these are achievable in version 1.1.2 of the game, which you’ll be running if you’ve downloaded its latest update, with an on-screen graphic indicating any that would require the use of older versions, they immediately delved into a glitch that they referred to as “probably one of the most versatile glitches on this list.”

Dubbed ‘Fuse Entanglement,’ this exploit allows you to reap the benefits of fused Zonai items, with the exception of bombs and rockets, for much longer than is intended, instead of them disappearing, by pressing a particular button combo midway through the fusing that helps convince the game not to apply to standard fusing rules to whatever you’ve done.

The example the streamer used to demonstrate the usefulness of this glitch involved attaching a spring to Link’s shield, which can allow him to increase his jumping height substantially, something that’s very handy to have at your disposal to use an unlimited number of times, until you wander beyond the area you originally did it in and the spring de-spawns.

For a bunch more tricks like this, you can check out the YouTube video SmallAnt has just released, which condenses their four hour stream into a 25 minute glitch highlight reel and can be found below.

Or, if you’re in the mood to check out some more of the latest builds the community have been assembling in the game, it might be worth giving Reddit user DockingCobra’s re-creation of Star Trek’s USS Enterprise, complete with lethal phaser weaponry, a look.
