Watch Dogs Legion: Assassin's Creed Easter Egg Revealed

Watch Dogs Legion was shown off at Ubisoft Forward, and we got to see playable characters from all walks of life: football hooligans, construction workers, and even a real hitman.

It turns out, though, that Ubisoft has left another neat hint in the game which points in the direction of a certain hooded assassin clan.

As noted by VG247, the Easter egg offers a chance to jump from a high point in the game's map and plummet towards the River Thames.

As you can see in the video below, you'll even hear the familiar Eagle sound effect that accompanies the Assassin's Creed protagonists' jump into haystacks.

Ubisoft noted that their version of London will be full of secrets to discover, and they do love to cross-pollinate between franchises. Here's hoping for a Splinter Cell reference, since it doesn't look like we're getting a game in the franchise anytime soon.
