When it comes to crossovers and collaborations, Warzone 2 has its fair share. Call of Duty’s battle royale features a wide range of Operators ranging from Captain Price to footballing legend Lionel Messi.
Ahead of the Season 3 Reloaded update, leaks surrounding future seasonal updates are starting to emerge while fans continue discussing changes that would save the game. Alongside the leaks, several members of the community are looking forward to dropping into Warzone 2 ranked play for the very first time.
The latest leak to appear claims two content creators will appear as playable Operators in future updates.
TimTheTatman and Nickmercs in Warzone 2?
According to notable Call of Duty leaker ‘HeyImAlaix,’ content creators TimTheTatman and Nickmercs are set to appear in the battle royale.
“We have Durant, TimTheTatman, Nickmercs & Nkto coming for S3R/S4/S4R.” claims the leaker who believes the creators will appear in the not-too-distant future. Although Call of Duty’s collaborations usually receive plenty of positivity, fans are wondering why Tim and Nick were selected.
“Why Nickmercs gets a skin is beyond me. Dude absolutely hates COD,” comments one fan. “Give it to a content creator that actually plays.” The FaZe Clan member is never afraid to share his Warzone 2 frustrations and with the streamer rarely dropping into Al Mazrah, fans were quick to suggest another name to appear as an Operator.
The recently retired OpTic Gaming veteran, Seth ‘Scump’ Abner, was another name banded but during a recent stream, he doesn’t seem too bothered by Activision’s choices.
As always, it’s important to take leaks with a pinch of salt until official information appears. Are the arrivals of TimTheTatman and Nickmercs a sign of things to come? We’ll have to wait and see if any other content creators receive a bundle of their own.
