Naughty Dog’s upcoming title, Uncharted 4: A Thief's End, is set to launch an Open Beta this weekend, March 4th-6th.
According to a listing on the PlayStation Store, which has now been removed, fortune hunter Nathan Drake is set to return this weekend with the launch of the ‘Uncharted 4 Multiplayer Open Weekend’.
Currently, there has been no confirmation of the event, however, as stated in the original listing, the beta is scheduled to launch at 17:00 GMT on March 4th and will run until March 6th.
The listing also states that the beta will feature a ‘team deathmatch’ game mode across three maps, which are “based on stunning locations from the single player campaign”.
The official PlayStation blog has confirmed the launch of the beta, stating that the event will be used as a ‘multiplayer stress test’, available to all users, including those who do not own a PlayStation Plus subscription.
The blog also added that there will be an official livestream on Friday, March 4th, at 11:30 AM Pacific and 5:00 PM Pacific for the event, featuring some special guests.
The Uncharted 4 Multiplayer Stress Test is available for download on the PlayStation store today.
