inFAMOUS and Sly Cooper Are “100%” Being Revived, Claims Leaker

Update - October 25th, 2021 - 11:10am BST

While inFAMOUS never showed up at last month's PlayStation Showcase, rumours haven't died down about a potential revival for Sucker Punch's old series. Adding to the list of potential upcoming projects, Shpeshal_Nick now claims Sly Cooper could also be revealed alongside it.

So far, Sony has been actively pushing for new platformers in recent years. While Activision's Crash Bandicoot N-Sane Trilogy launched as a timed PS4 exclusive, Insomniac Games also brought Ratchet & Clank this Summer. However, Sly Cooper details are sparse, and all Nick's shared is that this is "100% happening."

The last Sly Cooper game was released back in 2013 for PlayStation 3 and since then, we've seen little of it. A movie adaptation was teased back in 2014 but ultimately, this ended up going nowhere. We'll have to wait if the leaks prove true once this Sony show arrives.
