Lenovo, the world’s leading PC vendor, has partnered with gaming hardware and peripheral giant, Razer, to produce a new line of gaming PC’s.

Razer and Lenovo have recently revealed a new major partnership between the two companies, which will see them co-brand the Lenovo Y series gaming desktop, first revealed at the IFA trade show in September 2015.

A prototype of the first Razer Edition Lenovo Y series has been unveiled at DreamHack Winter 2015, exhibiting a familiar Lenovo chassis with Razer’s signature green and ‘Chroma’ colour schemes implemented into the design.

Official product specifications for the Razer Edition Lenovo Y series have not yet been revealed, however, the first systems are scheduled to launch at CES 2016 in January. The partnership also holds the potential for Lenovo to utilise Razer’s software expertise, such as, Razer Comms, Synapse and Cortex.
