The shooter sequel's console versions haven't been confirmed, but it's likely the developer is referring to PS5 and Xbox Series consoles.

Payday 3 Launching 2023, Koch Media To Publish
In a move that's unlikely to surprise longtime Payday fans, Starbreeze has also confirmed that the game will receive additional content post-launch.
While Starbreeze had been working on Payday 3 for some time, it had allegedly been struggling to find a publisher for the game, which began development in 2016.
A deal has been struck between Starbreeze and Koch Media to allow co-publishing but with the developer maintaining the ownership of the popular Payday IP.
“We are excited to announce this exclusive long-term Payday 3 co-publishing deal with Koch Media who shares our passion for the franchise and the “Games as a service” model,” Starbreeze's acting CEO Tobias Sjogren explained.
“In addition to securing the continued development, this deal secures global publishing of Payday 3 as well as the marketing efforts through the entire game life cycle. We now have a strong foundation for a successful launch.”
