Monster Hunter World Lists 20 Million From Total Shipments And Digital Sales


Following Monster Hunter Rise reaching 7.5 million copies, Capcom's announced that Monster Hunter World has now shipped 20 million copies overall.

As seen on their official website, Capcom confirmed that Monster Hunter World garnered over 20 million from sales worldwide, including shipments of Monster Hunter World: Iceborne Master Edition.

Monster Hunter World Lists 20 Million From Total Shipments And Digital Sales

Part of Capcom's statement reads as:

With the January 2018 release of Monster Hunter: World in particular, Capcom was able to propel the Monster Hunter series to global-brand status with a series-first worldwide simultaneous launch coupled with international promotional activities, establishing the game as Capcom's best-selling title of all time within a month of its release and being honored with awards the world over.

Capcom also mentioned Monster Hunter Rise's milestone, calling it one of the best-selling games in the franchise. They also reiterated that Rise launches for PC on January 13, 2022, while the PC demo version released on October 14.
