Modern Warfare II Will Come With a Morality System


Despite the fact that the Call of Duty community is now focused on Call of Duty: Vanguard's approaching release, fresh rumours surrounding the 2022 release keep coming to the surface. According to current rumours, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II will probably have a morality system and plenty of gory action.

According to a leaker known as 'Ralph', Infinity Ward’s 2022 title is inspired by movies like Sicario, Traffic, and No Country for Old Men. However, the most interesting part of this is the supposed addition of a morality system to the game, much like the honor system in Red Dead Redemption 2.

Modern Warfare II is rumoured to be “gritty and unrelenting”, with claims that gore and loss of limbs will be a common sight during battles. The game will also have a ‘Moral Compass’ for the player during the campaign mode, which will be influenced as per the decisions made by the player throughout the story.

This simply means that the decisions made by the players, whether good or bad, will affect the game’s story. According to Ralph’s tweet, “During high-intensity moments, your character will react accordingly. Throughout an ambush sequence where your patrol vehicle is under attack from hostile fire, the character your playing as is visibly shaken up: struggling to insert the magazine, trembling hands…”

Modern Warfare II 2022 Release Date

While it is far too early to say when the next Modern Warfare will be released, fans can expect a release date around Q4 of 2022. In the meantime, get familiar with Call of Duty Vanguard’s weapons that will be available in multiplayer.
