Little Nightmares 2: What Is The Story About? Recap Of Little Nightmares and More

Tarsier Studios will be releasing its second game as apart of the Little Nightmares saga within 2021.

The first title was released all the way back in 2017 and was one of the most heavily praised games from that year.

If you did not get a chance to check out the first game, but want to play the second one; there is a lot you have missed.

Or, if you have simply forgotten the events from the first title, you can never go wrong with refreshing your memory.

Here is everything you need to know about the Little Nightmares story before diving into the second game which is releasing soon!

Back when the original Little Nightmares released back in 2017, there was a lot of online chatter about the rather confusing ending to the game.

Essentially, the story follows a little girl who goes by the name of 'Six'. She is always wearing this yellow raincoat, and throughout the first game, she is trying to escape this ship she has been stuck on.

Over the course of the game, Six will encounter various monsters and other creepy figures. Some of them try and capture her, but they all ultimately fail in this regard. 

Towards the ending of the game, Six encounters a mysterious figure called 'The Lady'; and this is basically the last 'boss' battle you will encounter during the game.

After this battle, Six absorbs all of the powers that The Lady had within her; making Six superior in every regard.

These little monsters that Six has been encountering all over the world are 'Nomes' and Six eventually has to eat some of them, or she will starve to death.

At the conclusion of the game, Six is sitting atop an island that appears to be away from the ship, but we cannot tell. 

This is how the first Little Nightmares game ends, and it has left players a bit confused about what the second game could entail. 

According to the official Steam listing for the title, this is how the second Little Nightmares game is going to run: 

Little Nightmares II is a suspense adventure game in which you play as Mono, a young boy trapped in a world that has been distorted by an evil transmission. Together with new friend Six, he sets out to discover the source of the Transmission.

So, our beloved protagonist from the first title, Six is back in action; and this time around she has a new friend! 

We cannot wait to see what is in store for us.
