Embracer Group's on an acquisition spree recently. Having recently integrated eight new studios last August, their second interim report for the fiscal year 2021-2022 confirmed plans to integrate more studios across the next 12 months.
As reported by Gematsu, Embracer Group - parent company for THQ Nordic, Deep Silver, Koch Media and more - are far from done, planning to integrate around 37 studios in the coming year. For reference, that target number is the same amount of studios Embracer acquired last year.

Embracer Group Plans To Acquire 37 Studios Next Year
A part of their statement reads as:
“In the past 12 months, we have made 37 acquisitions and expect to do a similar amount of transactions over the coming 12 months. We currently have a large range of active processes and dialogues, including a good number of signed exclusive term sheets.”
Most recently, Embracer Group acquired big names like Gearbox and 3D Realms, alongside Demiurge Studios, Force Field, Grimfrost, Zen Studios, and more.
