DrDisrespect may well be in a position to be brought into OpTic Gaming by H3CZ.

There's been much talk about DrDisrespect joining OpTic Gaming, and as time goes on, it seems possible. In the over a decade that DrDisrespect has known Hector 'H3CZ' Rodriguez, they have shared a close friendship. Hector 'H3CZ' Rodriguez has put in great effort to buy the OpTic Gaming franchise outright, which puts him in a position to hire DrDisrespect.

DrDisrespect called out to his friend Hector ''H3CZ' Rodriguez on a stream to hire him into Optic Gaming. Because H3CZ visits the streaming channel to talk with his old friend, this was most likely seen by Hector 'H3CZ' Rodriguez'. DrDisrespect may seriously be asking for a position on Optic Gaming, and the Optic Gaming social media team has alluded to the fact that he may soon join the roster.

Fans would rejoice at the thought of DrDisrespect finally joining a team, but until retweets can be met, it's only a rumor.

DrDisrespect was friends with Hector 'HECZ' Rodriguez during the rise, fall, and rise of Optic Gaming

H3CZ Rodriguez is not just a regular video gamer and Esports enthusiast; he is also a savvy businessman. There is so much to say about Optic Gaming and H3CZ that it would take multiple articles to cover it. To find out what happened with Optic Gaming and him, watch the YouTube video below.

Hector 'H3CZ' Rodriguez now owns a significant amount of Optic Gaming, and he wants to own the franchise entirely. In the interest of gaining old fans, he could gain a lot of support from doing business with DrDisrespect. It's a match made in heaven, and the two would elevate Optic Gaming to even greater heights.

Why big Esports teams might never hire DrDisrespect

There's a lot going on with DrDisrespect and Twitch. Twitch is actively at war with DrDisrespect and doesn't want anything to do with him. One of the biggest reasons why DrDisrespect cannot join Optic Gaming is the Twitch ban.

It is, of course, possible for Doc to exclusively stay on YouTube; however, that would ruin any collaboration opportunities with other teammates and lead to scheduling problems. DrDisrespect can't even play with Twitch streamers as a result of Twitch rules. Optic Gaming may lose out on a significant revenue stream if they don't use Twitch. The only way DrDisrespect might join may be as a solo or if Hector 'H3CZ' Rodriguez reaches out to Twitch higher-ups.

A lot can still happen between now and an offer of a contract, so stay with GFinity as things progress.
