Doctor Who: The Edge of Reality launching September 30th this year

The Edge of Reality will follow both David Tennant's Tenth Doctor and Jodie Whittaker's Thirteenth Doctor. The doctors will be pitted against a unique, ominous villain in the "CyberReaper", a being representing a somewhat spin-off from the classic Cybermen.

The release date was announced in a new trailer for the impending title:

Maze Theory is bringing similar elements from their VR-exclusive Doctor Who: The Edge of Time and incorporating them into the forthcoming adventure.

In The Edge of Reality, fans will also face classic villains stretching across the franchise's legacy:

Enter the Chaosverse, where reality itself is threatened by a series of time-breaking glitches, and partner with two formidable Doctors as you seek to uncover a deeper mystery […] Confront a terrifying new threat and face classic Doctor Who monsters, including Daleks, Weeping Angels and Cybermen.

Doctor Who: The Edge of Reality will launch on Nintendo Switch, Xbox One X|S, PS4 as well as next-gen consoles, Xbox Series X|S and PS5.
