DayZ's Latest Patch Is Causing Issues For Players


DayZ, Bohemia Interactive's zombie survival hit, got its sizeable 1.09 patch last week on all platforms.

This week's patch is intended to focus on "reliability, security and performance" on PS4, Xbox One and PC, but has actually ended up creating some issues for players.

DayZ Patch Causing Issues For Some Players

The official DayZ account shared the following update:

With the update rolling out, fans took to Twitter to complain about new issues caused by the patch.

@ECDJonesy noted that they have "more lag and bugs driving in the middle of nowhere now than ever".

Fans have also noticed that there are issues with code locks being unable to be opened.
