Upcoming Nordic PvP battle arena game Blood of Heroes developed by Vizor Games has announced a closed beta test coming next week.

"Tense melee-battles will begin on May 4th as Blood of Heroes enters its closed-beta, giving PC players a taste of its visceral PvP combat"

While this Beta test will be held on the PC, players can expect the full release to be available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, as well as PC.

Set in medieval Nordic arenas, players will control fearsome warriors as they fight to the death in a quest for glory as they "unleash an array of fighting styles and wield an arsenal of lethal weapons and deadly abilities".

Six playable heroes will be available during this test with 1v1 and group battle modes available.

Each hero will feature a unique skillset and players will master the warrior that best fits their playstyle. Hero's skills may vary with some featuring more fast style gameplay as they dart around the arena or take a more slow and harder hitting style while they take down their enemies.

Dmitry Voronov, the game’s director said “We wanted to make a game that we'd absolutely love to play ourselves: a wicked, adrenaline-pumped world, inspired by Dark Souls, with unforgiving PvP battles and warriors who show no pity or fear,”.
