DC FanDome will take place on August 22nd and is set to reveal Rocksteady's new Suicide Squad title.

Another DC-based game is set to be revealed alongside it, however, there has been no confirmation of what it is based on.

Rumours have been circulating that the game is potentially a new Batman title.

Let's check out what we know so far.

A New Batman Title

This new title is being developed by Warner Bros Games Montreal and gaming insiders have speculated the game will be based on Batman.

A number of teases have supported this theory. You can check out one below:

Although nothing is set in stone, it is looking highly likely that a Batman based game will be revealed.

Eurogamer has stated the game will be titled Gotham Knights and will be revealed at the DC FanDome event.

The Warner Bros Games Montreal panel even states that gamers won't want to miss a look at their brand new game.

The panel itself takes place at 10:30 AM PDT or 6:30 PM BST.

Alongside the game reveal they'll be a 20 minute QnA with the developers that'll hopefully shed some light on the details of the title.

It's a great time to be a superhero fan at the moment with so many great titles on the horizon.

However, the bar has certainly been raised with games such a Marvel's Spider-Man on PS4.

Let's hope Rocksteady can deliver a quality superhero game that'll get DC fans everywhere excited.
