It has nearly been a decade since Cyberpunk 2077 was initially announced to the public and we're hoping Gamescom 2019 will be a big milestone in the Cyberpunk 2077 journey. throughout its development it has been rumored that CD Projekt's latest RPG title is set to be even bigger than The Witcher 3. This past June at the annual E3, we finally got our first official look at Cyberpunk 2077 and release date along with it. With a special announcement that Keanu Reeves will be playing a prominent character in the game along with new information popping up left and right, will the wait be worth it?
With an ample of announcements at this past E3, we are days away from the German game convention Gamescom 2019. The German video game fair has been known to divulge juicy first looks and never before seen information.
So what can expect to hear from CD Projekt at Gamescom 2019?
Live On-Site Beta
Perhaps the biggest news we may receive from CD Projekt at Gamescom 2019 will be the live beta on-site for fans to play if they are in attendance. According to Twinfinite, the demo will be presented from August 21 to August 24 at Hall 6, Stand C049 and open to anyone at Gamescom, this will be the only opportunity it seems for fans to get early access to the long-anticipated game.
The CD Projekt Red booth will be located in Hall 6, Stand C049, which is where you will need head if you are attending Gamescom in order to try out Cyberpunk 2077. But what else has been announced about the beta?
The context of the beta is unknown as of now, but from specualtion, we can assume that it will probably be a short intro of the campaign to give players a sense of the game and overall mechanics of it. We may get introduced to some of the other main characters throughout the story or get a full-on look at the character customization toolset to be present in the full release.
