What Does KD Mean In Fortnite

Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 5 is progressing along smoothly, and we are nearing the tail end of the holiday season.

The Fortnite meta has experienced an ample amount of changes in recent weeks.

With the Pump Shotgun being out of the weapon pool, it comes to precision aim during most battles.

One aspect of Fortnite that a lot of players overlook, is their overall K/D.

But, does it actually mean anything when it comes to Fortnite?

Here's the answer!

Up To You

Fortnite is one of the few battle royales where your overall K/D ratio does not really matter in the grand scheme of things.

There is never a true discussion on social media about who has the best K/D; as a lot of players do not bother to check it.

With that said, this can be a personal preference as you may be into checking out your K/D and comparing it with your friends.

But, for the vast majority of players, there is no true reason to care or check your K/D in Fortnite.

Be sure to let us know on social media if you check your Fortnite K/D from time to time!

As well, let us know if you are looking forward to the new season and all that Epic has in store for us.
