The season has re-implemented a bunch of weapons and items from previous seasons including the Charge Shotgun.
As well, there are some brand new weapons within the game; including the Mandalorian's weapons.
Some new gameplay mechanics introduced within the game include the new currency in Gold Bars.
These gold bars can be used for a variety of reasons.
Let's take a look at all of them!
Items
These new gold bars can be found by eliminating players or completing bounties/quests that NPC's all over the map grant you.
Some of these NPC's will actually offer you a trade for a certain amount of gold bars.
These are some of the items we have noticed you can exchange gold bars for:
- Pistol
- Shotguns
- Shield
- Corn
- Cabbage
- Mushrooms
- Slurp Mushrooms
- Boom's Sniper Rifle
We are sure over the course of the season there will be more NPC's added, and even more, trades will become available.
As well, on the Epic Games blog pst regarding the new season, they had this to say about gold bars.
