Fortnite really shook the gaming community with the Naruto collaboration. Although this collaboration was in the pipeline for a very long time, it finally happened.
And this collaboration may set precedence for the arrival of more anime characters into the game. We're not sure which characters we could be seeing in Fortnite, but then again, based on a recent survey we can make an educated guess or two.
More anime characters coming to Fortnite soon
As mentioned before, Epic Games conducted a recent poll in which they asked the community to vote for their favorite characters.
The survey in question, had a specific segment for anime characters. And here are all the characters that were listed in the survey.
- Whis (Dragon Ball Super)
- Eren Yeager (Attack on Titan)
- Future Trunks (Dragon Ball Z)
- Franky (One Piece)
- Katsuki Bakugo (My Hero Academia)
- Amuro Ray (Gundam)
- Noriaki Kakyoin (Jojo's Bizzarre Adventure)
Once again, we're not really sure when these characters will come into the game. Or if they will come to Fortnite in the first place.
However, the fact that Epic Games has decided to include them in a survey does speak a lot about their intentions of bringing them under the Fortnite banner.
Moreover, having the aforementioned characters in the Fortnite universe would be financially beneficial to the company too. Most anime titles, especially the ones mentioned above, have a huge global fan following.
If these skins do come to the game at some point of time, people will buy them for sure. Not only that, there could be a good amount of players who join Fortnite just because of these skins as well.
That being said, all of this is speculation for now. And with Chapter 3 looming on our heads, there's a lot that we need to deal with before we go on to worry about any skins that may or may not come to the game in the future.
