Fortnite introduced wildlife back in Chapter 2 Season 6, and the trend has been going on since then. Although we haven't had rideable animals in Fortnite just yet, Chapter 3 is looking to change that for good.
Based upon the numerous leaks that we have seen over the past few months, there is enough evidence to tell us that we'll be seeing rideable animals in Fortnite Chapter 3. Now, we are not sure if the animals will be a part of Chapter 3 Season 1.
However, they will be in soon! But what we do know is there's a high chance we'll be seeing kangaroos in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 1.
With Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 8 almost coming to a close, here's what we know about kangaroos.
Will we be seeing Kangaroos in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 1?
According to the latest trends that we've been seeing on Twitter, Fortnite ANZ (Australia & New Zealand) has been tweeting out pictures and information almost regularly.
This has lead the community to believe that kangaroos will be seen in Fortnite Chapter 3. Moreover, evidence about kangaroos was spotted back in the teasers that we saw for Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 7.
Interestingly enough, these kangaroos will probably be the first lot of mounts that we see in the game.
And if these kangaroos are going to be mounts, then there are a few additional details that popular Fortnite data miner Hypex had talked about around two months back.
These mounts will be rideable but you'll have to have a saddle in order to ride them. There's a chance that these saddles could drop as random floor loot.
However, there's a high chance that these saddles will need to be crafted, so be prepared for a new set of crafting recipes.
Moreover, if the leaks are to be true, we'll be able to ride raptors and wolves as well, because the leaks talk about using aggressive animals to attack enemy players.
And no, please don't think about riding a chicken or a frog for that matter. You could ride a frog though, only if its Gamabunta, but then you'd have to ask Naruto to summon him for you!
