How to Get the Free El Durrrado Back Bling in Fortnite Season 8

When it comes to Fortnite, Epic Games loves handing out freebies every now and then. They've got a nice little Refer-A-Friend program going on, that allows you and your friend to earn a free skin just by playing Fortnite together.

That being said, the El Durrrado back bling is another such example of a free goodie that Epic Games is handing out to the community.

However, there is a small catch to it.

How the get the Free El Durrrado Back Bling?

While the entire offer may sound enticing, the El Durrrado back bling is not really free. You will have to redeem it via a redeem code that you get by purchasing official Fortnite merchandise from select outlets globally.

According to the Epic Games blog post, here is what classifies as official Fortnite merchandise.

Official Fortnite products are those that are officially licensed, including items like V-Bucks cards, the Fortnite Minty Legends Pack, and licensed third-party apparel, collectibles, etc. All officially licensed Fortnite items (with the exception of V-Bucks cards) have our “Official Licensed Product” label.

That being said, this offer will be applicable from November 1, 2021 to January 15, 2022. The El Durrrado back bling will appear in the Fortnite item shop as well.

But that will happen on a later date, and probably once the offer has ended. Because it makes no sense to have an on-going offer on an item, and then bringing it to the Fortnite item shop on the side.

Here are a list of all the participating outlets for the El Durrrado offer.
