Epic Games gave Fortnite a major overhaul with Season 8. They got done with the concept of weekly challenges, and introduced the punch cards yet again.
There are a total of 16 punch cards with 90 milestones to complete in total. That being said, these milestones are fairly simple to complete. But they're true to Fortnite tradition, i.e. they're very grindy.
Interestingly enough, in order to unlock the questline for a particular NPC, you will have to interact with them first. Their questlines will not be revealed to you until and unless you talk to them at least once.

How to complete The Brat Hot Dog Questline challenges in Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 8?
Where to find the Brat in Fortnite Season 8?
As mentioned before, you will have to find The Brat before you can take on his questline in Fortnite Season 8.
In order to find The Brat, you will have to make your way to Fork Knife Food Truck. This unnamed POI can be found towards the west of Lake Canoe.
As with the other NPCs on the island, The Brat's Hot Dog questline also has five odd stages that you need to complete.
Stage 1 - Open a cash register (12,000 XP)
Cash registers in Fortnite are pretty abundant so to speak. Their spawn rate is unknown but then again, they spawn throughout all commercial buildings on the island.
All you need to do is head inside one of these buildings and interact with the cash registers at the counter.
Stage 2 - Destroy three couches or beds (14,000 XP)
This is another straightforward mission. Almost every house on Fortnite island has a couch and a bed.
In order to complete this stage of the Hot Dog questline, all you need to do is head on inside the house and get hacking with your pickaxe.
Stage 3 - Complete a quest from another character (16,000 XP)
There are a total of 15 other characters that you will come across on Fortnite island. Completing any one of their quests will complete this challenge as well.
Stage 4 -Purchase a weapon of rare rarity or higher from a character or Weapon-O-Matic (18,000 XP)
Vending machines in Fortnite were introduced during the previous season. In order to complete this challenge, you need to approacha a Weapon-O-Matic and purchase a weapon that is of blue or a higher rarity.
You'll need a good amount of gold bars for this so make sure to stock up on some bling before attempting this challenge.
Stage 5 - Damage opponents with a weapon of rare quality or higher- (20,000 XP)
Carrying over from the previous challenge, you need to take the weapon you bought from the Weapon-O-Matic and then damage an enemy looper with it.
From the looks of it, this is probably the easiest of all the questlines that we have in Fortnite Season 8.
