The Fortnite 18.10 update brought a few interesting elements to the game. We've had a good number of NPCs in Fortnite Season 8 already.
However, after the Fortnite update today, the list of these NPCs just went up. Four new NPCs were added to the game files.
Interestingly enough, these NPCs also come with their own set of punch card challenges. And Big Mouth happens to be one of them.
In order to start with the Tooth Ache quest line, you will first have to interact with Big Mouth.
How to complete Big Mouth's Tooth Ache Questline challenges in Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 8?

Big Mouth spawns inside the kitchen in Pizza Pit.
This landmark is located towards the north of Corny Crops. It isn't that difficult to find on the map.
Stage 1 - Open Chests in Steele Farm
Steele Farm can be found directly north from Green Steel Bridge. In case you don't know where the Green Steel Bridge is, just make your way to Corny Crops and travel in a north-eastern direction.
That should take you directly to Steele Farm. Once you're at Steele Farm, all you need to do is hunt down 2 chests, and you should be good to go.
There are three chests in this area, all of which spawn inside the barn itself. So finding them won't be that difficult.
Stage 2 - Search an Ice Machine
Ice Machines are littered all over the island in Fortnite. When searching these machines, you usually come across fishes in all shapes and sizes.
In order to complete the second stage of the Tooth Ache Questline, you need to search one such ice machine.
The best place to complete this challenge would be to make your way to Believer Beach. There are two such machines on the pier itself.
Stage 3 - Open Ammo Boxes at Dirty Docks
Dirty Docks is probably one of the most sweatiest landing spots in Fortnite Season 8. Irrespective of where the first circle is, a lot of people keep flocking this area.
Primarily because there is a slip stream here and you can also find a lot of shadow cubes lying around.
That being said, finding ammo boxes at Dirty Docks is very easy. All you need to do is look inside the huge warehouses and you will be good to go.
Stage 4 - Buy Health Items from a Mending Machine
Mending Machines can be a life saver in Fortnite. These machines sell slurp jars and medkits for gold.
Given that earning gold is comparatively easier now, buying items from a mending machine should not be a problem.
They're littered all over the island, and can be found in the vicinity of gas stations. All you need to do is walk up to one and buy an item from it.
Stage 5 - Search a Supply Drop
Supply drops contain really powerful weapons in them. These drops can be spotted towards the latter halves in the game.
It's difficult to say where a supply drop will spawn because they have no specific spawn locations. However, they do show up on your minimap.
So keep an eye out for a crate like icon on your minimap and your should be good to go. However, watch your back because a lot of people keep running for the supply drops in Fortnite.
