We don't really see Epic Games collaborating with other streaming companies when it comes to Fortnite. Having said that, there is a one of a kind collaboration in place between Fortnite and StreamElements.
StreamElements is a company that provides cloud based tools for streamers. Basically, it encourages more streamers. Fortnite has managed to capitalize on this occasion and has brought in some interesting rewards for everyone who participates in this collaboration.
Everything we know about the Fortnite x StreamElements collaboration
First things first, there isn't a specific way to register for this collaboration. All you need to do is get an overlay from StreamElements and stream Fortnite.
There are a few criteria that you need to meet before you're eligible for the rewards. First of all, you need to have around 5+ concurrent viewers. And secondly, you need to have streamed for 10+ hours.
And finally, the countdown timer for the Fortnite event needs to be visible as well.
If you meet all these criteria, you will be rewarded with the Elite Trespasser Fortnite skin for free. Many content creators have already received this skin in order to promote the Skyfire event in Fortnite.
That being said, the skin isn't exclusive to this collaboration only. It will be in the Fortnite item shop at a later date as well. We're not sure of the date yet.
