Destroying Boats In Fortnite

Boats are a wonderful mode of communication in Fortnite. You'll find these boats close to waterbodies on the island.

These boats in Fortnite are very fast and thanks to their boost, can travel help you travel inland too, but only for a short distance. Not only that, they can also fire missiles, making these vehicles effective weapons as well.

Where to find boats in Fortnite?

As mentioned before, boats can be found next to most major waterbodies in Fortnite. If you're having difficulty locating these boats, here's a map to help you out.

In order to complete this Fortnite season 7 week 3 quest, you'll have to destroy three such boats. The best way to do it is approach these boats and swing your pickaxe at them. That way you'll end up harvesting metal and destroying the boat at the same time.

Also, do take note that not all boats are motorized. Some are just made out of wood. You cannot use those on water. More specifically, these boats are piled up against a wall, so you can just walk up to them and swing your pickaxes in order to destroy them.

When it comes to finding these boats easily, my best bet would be to head over to Believer Beach or Coral Castle. Both these areas have a high boat density, so completing this quest shouldn't be that difficult.

Besides, Coral Castle is about to be destroyed anyway, so why not make use of it till it lasts?

Sometimes these boats can be a tough nut to crack, and swinging pickaxes might not be the best of solutions. Do make sure to stock up on weapons before breaking these boats because you don't want to be caught off guard. There are others looking to complete these quests as well so watch your back!
