Denizens of Fortnite's island gathered together to celebrate this UFO sighting. To any pop culture fan, this scene looks like a replica of the 1996 sci-fi classic Independence Day (1996).

Rick from Rick and Morty is shown in the next scene, and a unique tune is played on the piano-machine to communicate with the UFO. This tune is a solfa cipher and it sounds remarkably similar to the intro of Sweet Child O' Mine by Guns N' Roses. Although, its significance will be discovered in later parts of the season.

Amidst all the chaos, fans may have missed a few characters making an appearance. Doctor Slone was one of them - and she is going to be a major character in Fortnite's narrative progression.

She was first heard in the Fortnite Season 6 cinematic when Agent Jonesy called her before betraying the Imagined Order. She advised Jonesy to not go to the Seven as she feared it might destroy the Island.

Doctor Slone has finally come to the Island to defend all its inhabitants from an alien invasion. Players can expect that her character will reveal several details about the Imagined Order in the upcoming weeks.

Doctor Slone can be found at the center of the Island in Fortnite Season 7, and players can acquire the Mythic Pulse Rifle by defeating her.

John Doe might be Agent Jonesy in disguise

Some scenes need to be re-watched as they are hiding secrets in plain sight. The first scene of the cinematic introduces Peely as John Doe. Apparently, this was done to protect John Doe's identity, but we can guess who it is right?

Well, we think it's Agent Jonesy, and here are a few reasons why. The voice is a dead giveaway, even with the audio scrambler, the voice sounds remarkably similar to Agent Jonesy.

John Doe says, "Then, the rest of them showed up." He says this as if he is continuing a story that was started before.

Although, there is no confirmation on this, as it can be a new character altogether. It will be interesting to see what else John Doe knows about these aliens in Season 7.

Clark Kent likes to play Fortnite as Batman

This one was quite obvious as it showed Clark Kent sitting at his office desk, checking out his skin collection in Fortnite. He has a Press Pass ID attached to his suit, and a woman can be seen in the background, playing Fortnite Season 6!

Now if you look closer, there are a few hidden secrets in this scene. Firstly, the Batman outfit is not the same one from the Zero Point comic books.

Thus, there are two clear timelines currently working side by side in Fortnite. One which represents the Aliens and Season 7, and the other from the Batman Fortnite comic books.

It will be interesting to see if Epic Games finally adds Justice League members into the mix, only time will tell!

#2 History repeats itself when it comes to craters in Fortnite

The Spire POI was destroyed by the UFO with a massive bolt of energy. This inevitably created a crater at the center of the map, but wait, isn't that all too familiar?

As the reporter said, 'the island is no stranger to strange phenomenon', and it has seen meteors and craters before. Only this time, it was done by the aliens!

The crater represents "the end" in Fortnite. Bad things happen every time a crater forms on the Island. This time, it might not be under the Imagined Order's control.

There was a new crater POI when Thor's hammer landed on the island in Chapter 2 Season 4. Similarly, Dusty Divot was another crater POI in Chapter 1 Season 4.

Naturally, it's safe to assume that the crater in Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 7 is more than just a coincidence. The developers have established that history has a funny way of repeating itself when it comes to craters destroying Fortnite's map.

The only question that remains now is, what happened to the Zero Point?

Remember when the Authority was destroyed in the Doomsday event in Chapter 2 Season 3? The island was flooded and Midas was left swimming on a plank, trying to escape a shark.

Well, it might not be as wild this time, but the resemblance is uncanny!

The Foundation is seen in the last scene of the cinematic trailer, drowning. But this is far from the end for the leader of the Seven.

Most importantly, we think the Foundation is still hibernating and is oblivious to this recent invasion. The reason to prove this is the red symbols on his face, which were glowing when he came to the Island in season 6.

In the trailer, they are not glowing, in fact, it looks like they are switched off, which points to the character hibernating.
