Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 7 is right around the corner, and fans can expect a myriad of lore developments coming their way. Most of these changes will continue the narrative that began in Season 5, with Agent Jonesy coming to the island.

Simultaneously, the last two issues of the Fortnite Batman Zero Point comic books will release on June 15th and July 6th respectively. The first four issues set up the storyline and explored some of the copious secrets of Fortnite's multiverse. The plot progression in the novels is quite linear, and these developments might be replicated in the game.

All these distinct changes will affect Fortnite's narrative significantly, and it might thicken the plot going forward, what might be, the last few seasons of Fortnite Chapter 2.

Fortnite Season 7: Everything fans need to know about the narrative upcoming changes

Fortnite Season 7 is scheduled to go live on June 8th, 2021. Up until now, all the leaks from data miners point towards a new futuristic biome coming in the game. This will replace the primal ecosystem, and fans can expect some new animals to replace the predators in Season 6.

For instance, new animals like Kangaroo, Octopus, and Platypus were recently leaked by popular data miners.

It is fairly certain at this point that Fortnite's island is about to experience an Alien invasion. Epic Games have alluded to a futuristic theme, and data miners have revealed several images related to aliens.

If you thought the Xenomorph was the only one, then think again! Players are already getting abducted by Aliens, but it works arbitrarily.

However, it is not yet clear whether the Alien theme would be a collaboration or an original Fortnite storyline.

Where does Batman fit in Fortnite's Storyline?

Previous leaks suggested that some of the fan-favorite characters from the DC Universe might make an appearance in Season 7. Beast Boy came to the island, along with Deathstroke, but that's not all.

Fans can expect to see Robin, Wonder Woman, Cyborg, and Nightwing in the next Season. Similarly, they can expect to see popular DC Universe locations in Fortnite Season 7.

Popular streamer @thesquatingdog predicted that iconic DC POIs like the Batcave and Gotham City might appear in Season 7. He uploaded an image on Twitter that showed the exact location for the Batcave, east of Holly Hedges.

Incidentally, Batman escapes the loop in issue #4 of the comic book, only to find Deathstroke kidnapping Catwoman. The three superheroes end up reasoning with each other, and they regroup with the other characters who escaped the loop.

Original Fortnite characters like Renegade Raider, Bandolette, Fishstick, and a few more teamed up with the DC characters to uncover secrets of Fortnite's simulation. Their mission is to find out who runs the show, and it will lead them to the home of Zero Point.

Epic Games have weaved a narrative together with icons from pop culture and original Fortnite characters; this not only enhances the plot but also creates a unique metaverse.

As far as continuity goes, Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 7 will establish several theories which fans have speculated for years.

Although, only time will tell if the secrets of the Seven, Geno, and the Sisters will be revealed in the upcoming season!
