Fortnite Season 7 is going on pretty well. We've got a perfect invasion on our hands. The I.O. is at loggerheads with our unfriendly visitors, and we need to pick a side.

While the premise of the season was very clear, Fortnite at the end of the day, is a battle royale. And it's really hard to tell a story in any battle royale without consistent cinematics and similar tools.

Fortnite is one of the few battle royale games that contains a proper storyline during each season. And to solve the issue of being unable to tell a story, they've always used quest dialogues to continue the story.

Fortnite Season 7 and the quest dialogues

Over the past few seasons, Fortnite wasn't doing that well when it came to the storyline. Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 6 was all over the place with respect to the storyline.

The significance of the last season is still unknown. Moreover, it's raised a lot of questions, that I don't think will be answered anytime soon. Truth be told, Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 6 feels like a weird filler.

However, all of that has changed with Fortnite Season 7. The quest dialogues are more storyline oriented. This helps us get a clearer picture of where the story is headed. Sometimes these quest dialogues may end up foreshadowing what is to come in the game.

Not only that, it can also give us a fair idea about the kind of alignment a character has, in the storyline of the game.

Overall, Fortnite Season 7 is hitting the right notes after a dull season. The developers have even introduced new weapons, that have ended up making the gameplay even more interesting.

And now that they've started paying attention the the quest dialogues as well, they'll be able to add finer details to the storyline. Things are getting really interesting in Fortnite Season 7.
