Fortnite Season 7 Competitive: Schedule, Format, Prize Pool, And More


Epic Games recently announced the details for the competitive scene of Fortnite Season 7.

On top of revealing details like schedule, tournament structure, and prize pool, the official release also revealed the dates of Arena Reset as well as the FNCS All-Star Showdown for Season 6.

Here's everything that Fortnite fans need to know about the upcoming competitive events in Fortnite Season 7.

FNCS Season 6 Champions

Here are all the champion Trios of FNCS Season 6 from each region:

  • Europe: LOOTBOY QUEASY44, GLORIOUS TRULEX, WAVE JUR3KY;
  • NA East: ENDL8SS DEYYSIA, ENDLESS MER011, ENDLESS REVERSE;
  • NA West: 100T ARKHRAM_, 100T REHX, NRG EPIKWHALE;
  • Brazil: ERA CADU, VKS SEEYUN, FAZE KING;
  • Oceania: TNA MUZ, TNA LOOTER, TNA SPEEDY;
  • Asia: KWZ ALLEN, SHAMOKIY, CE FORCE;

FNCS Season 7 Schedule

The dates for the FNCS Season 7 matches for each region are:

  • Qualifier 1: Middle East - July 29-31. All other regions - July 30 - August 1.
  • Bye Week: August 5-8.
  • Qualifier 2: Middle East - August 12-14. All other regions - August 13-15.
  • Qualifier 3: Middle East - August 19-22. All other regions - August 20-22.
  • Semi-Finals: Middle East - August 27. All other regions - August 28.
  • Reboot Round: Middle East - August 28. All other regions - August 29.
  • Finals: Middle East - September 3-4. All other regions - September 4-5.

FNCS Season 7 Format

Similar to previous tournaments, the upcoming competitive season in Fortnite Season 7 will also feature a team of Trios. The rest of the tournament is expected to follow a similar structure as has been the trend in recent seasons.

FNCS Season 7 Prize Pool

Fortnite Season 7 Competitive will feature a prize pool of $3 million which will be further split up between each region. The prize pool for FNCS Season 7 for each region are:

  • Europe - $1,351,200;
  • NA East - $635,100;
  • Brazil - $428,175;
  • NA West - $222,300;
  • Asia - $150,600;
  • Middle East - $122,250;
  • Oceania - $90,450.

FNCS All-Star Showdown Schedule

The FNCS All-Star Showdown is scheduled to begin on June 23rd and is expected to run through June 26th.

Although not much information is available regarding the FNCS All-Star Showdown, Epic Games has confirmed that more details will be revealed soon after the release of Season 7 on June 8th.

The official release also confirmed that there will be an "early season tournament" for players to indulge in after the release of Fortnite Season 7. It has also been confirmed that players will need to be placed in Champion League to participate in this tournament.

Fortnite Season 6 Arena Reset Dates

Epic Games has confirmed that due to the aforementioned "early season tournament," the Arena Hype won't be reset with the launch of Fortnite Season 7. Instead, the Arena Hype will be reset on June 22 as this will allow the developers to monitor in-game items and features in the new season.

This will further enable the developers to implement changes and adjustments based on the in-game experience that players are having in Fortnite Season 7.
