The Mechs were one of the most unbalanced items to have added in Fortnite. Although they weren't as broken as the Infinity Blade, they were broken badly.

Recent leaks suggest that the Mechs will soon be in Fortnite again. Here is everything we know about the return of the Mechs in Fortnite Season 8.

Everything we know about the Mechs returning in Fortnite

According to popular data miner ShiinaBR, files related to the Mechs have been found within the core game files.

Known as the B.R.U.T.E, these Mechs were last seen in 2019. They were retired soon after though because of their broken nature.

Since it's been so long that they've been removed from the game, Epic Games will probably have fixed the Mechs, and they just might not be broken anymore.

Moreover, these Mechs have received a few interesting upgrades too. They've now got their own voice lines and they can float on water too!

Interestingly enough, just like the turrets we'll be able to fund these Mechs too. And if they're just like the turrets then these Mechs are bound to add a new dimension to the game as a whole.

However, there's no estimated timeline for the arrival of these Mechs just yet. And it doesn't really make that much of a difference.

With over two months left in the current season, there is a lot of time for Epic Games to add the Mechs and for us to experiment with it.
