He can be found standing in front of the Fork Knife Food Truck. He sells this consumable in exchange for gold.
Alternatively, if you come across a loot llama, you stand a chance to get your hands on the Chili Chug Splash in Fortnite Season 8.
These are the only ways in which you can get your hands on this item for now.
Fortnite Chili Chug Splash abilities
The Chili Chug Splash is probably one of the few throwable exotic items in the game. It refills your health and shields when used.
Just like the Chug Splash, this too refills around 20 health and shields. However, it's got an added benefit.
When you throw it on the ground, you get healed if you're standing in the vicinity of the splash. That holds true for everyone standing in the splash radius.
The Chili Chug Splash also grants you a short speed boost. The same effect is seen after consuming peppers in Fortnite.
The only drawback is that this item has now replaced the regular Chug Splash in Fortnite Season 8. And honestly, I personally feel that the Chili Chug Splash is better than just the Chug Splash.
