Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 6 To Be Batman Themed?

According to @TaborTimeYT, the next season will NOT be DC themed.

The current season of Fortnite is slowly winding down.

Now, players are looking ahead to what Season 16 or Chapter 2 Season 6 is going to have in store for us.

Like any season, there is going to be a central theme surrounding the new season; but we have not heard much news regarding next seasons. 

However, a new series of comics has potentially alluded to us the theme of next season. 

Here's all we know!

Batman, DC?

A new Fortnite season having a theme around a popular brand is something we have seen before from Fortnite.

For those who do not know, one of the recent seasons was revolved around the MCU; so it is not a reach to say they would not do the same again.

The potential for a Batman/DC themed season comes from a tweet from Fortnite leaker, ShiinaBR who notes: 

Some information about the Batman comics:

The timeframe in which the comics will be released is concurrent with the events happening on the island at that time!

This means that there will always be things happening on the island in Season 6 that you can also see in the comics!

So, this does not confirm the new season is going to take the DC theme; but it is a striking note we must keep track of in the lead-up to Season 16!
