How To Fly With A Chicken In Fortnite Season 7

Fortnite Season 7 will continue to allow players to interact and tame wildlife on the map; a mechanic brought into play during Season 6.

With so many animals now inhabiting the map, there's a different way to approach them all.

These animals have their perks and Chickens will let you fly across the map if you can grab one (a small nod to the Legend of Zelda franchise).

Here's how to fly with a Chicken in Fortnite.

How To Fly With A Chicken In Fortnite

First, you'll need to find a chicken, which is easier said than done.

Chickens don't travel in packs, but can usually be found in clusters.

It seems obvious, but heading to Farmland such as Steel Farm is a great place to start and usually has ample numbers.

They are also found in a wooded area or in the countryside.

Be sure to crank up your headset audio too - when a Chicken is nearby you'll hear it clucking.

Once you have found one, just chase it down and grab it when prompted.

Much like a glider, you'll need to be able to jump off of a ledge or find some height to jump off and the chicken will allow you to fly (more like glide).

It's a great technique to use when you're struggling to beat the storm in a foot race and need a bit of extra distance.

You can potentially fly across the map if you get high enough.
