Fortnite Season 6 has plenty of looting opportunities, but some of the more lucrative options are safes!

There are 37 safe locations in Fortnite Season 6, spread across the island, for players to open.

Season 6's Week 6 challenge will require players to open 3 safes!

Best Places To Find Safes In Fortnite

Here's what this week's Epic Quest looks like:

  • Open Safes (0/3) - 24,000 XP

Players will need to open 3 safes in Fortnite to earn 24,000 XP.

Safes are not guaranteed to spawn in an area, so it can be a tough challenge to complete.

They are mainly in and around big POIs - if you're struggling to find one, looking in attics, basements or offices is always a good start.

We'd recommend heading to POIs that have the most safe spawns such as:

  • Sweaty Sands - 7
  • Craggy Cliffs - 5
  • Holly Hedges - 4
  • Dirty Docks - 4

It is very luck-based, so I wouldn't get too stressed if you can't find them.

Safes aren't guaranteed to spawn in a location and may not spawn in a POI at all!

Safes aren't guaranteed to spawn in a location and may not spawn in a POI at all!

Try starting at one POI and making your way across. For Example, you can start at Craggy Cliffs where there are 5 spawns, head over to Pleasant Park where there are 3 and then Sweaty Sands where there are 7 in one game.

Or you can land on one spot, leave the game and start again.

It is up to you how you want to do it, you may want to go to an area with fewer safes to quickly rattle through and load into a new game.

It's also going to be less crowded when the challenge is live, meaning you won't need to worry about dying.
