Fortnite is by no means a hard game to run on your PC, but there has always been the issue of getting that elusive high FPS count.
Well, there are some settings that you should be made aware of that may help your performance.
Here are the best settings for Chapter 2 Season 5!
Perhaps the main block of settings for Fortnite, these are probably the biggest determinants of your FPS while in-game.
Here are the settings we recommend, but as for this category and every other category; we also suggest trying out what you think is best for your PC!
- Fullscreen 1920X1080 resolution
- 3D Resolution at 100%
- View Distance: Far/Epic
- Shadows: Off
- Anti-Aliasing - Off
- Effects - Low
- Textures - Medium/High
- Post-Processing - Low
- Vsync - Off
- Motion Blur - Off
- Show FPS - On
Some of these settings will come down to the hardware you have equipped as well.
If you do not have a powerful graphics card, then you are probably not going to be able to have your view distance on Epic.
But, most of the other settings will drastically help your FPS!
