Fortnite's Chapter 2 Season 4 is well underway and with a new week starting up, it means a fresh batch of weekly challenges.

Last week's challenges had players heading to Stark Industries to take on Iron Man in what was a tough but exciting challenge.

The new POI has made for some crazy matches in this marvel themed season.

With this week now upon us, the new challenges are relatively easy, but a few tricky ones have been thrown in to trip you up.

Here are week 4's challenges and our in-depth guide to completing them FAST!

Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 4 Week 4 Challenges Release Date

The new challenges are now live! They arrived on the 17th September 2020 at roughly 2-3pm BST.

Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 4 Week 4 Challenges

The Week 4 challenges will be live in-game when they are available, here's what you'll be doing:

  • Search 7 chests at Slurpy Swamp (25,000 XP)
  • Get 3 eliminations at Weeping Woods (25,000 XP)
  • Deal 100 damage within 10 seconds of bouncing off an umbrella at Sweaty Sands (25,000 XP)
  • Destroy 3 Collector Cases at The Collection (25,000 XP)
  • Hack 5 Stark Robots at Stark Industries(25,000 XP)
  • Destroy 20 Gatherers (25,000 XP)
  • Deal 10000 Damage With A Gatherer's Remains (50,000 XP)
  • Deal 500 damage to opponents at Steamy Stacks (25,000 XP)
  • Deal 500 damage to opponents at The Authority (25,000 XP)

There is an incredible amount of experience to unlock here, totalling 250,000XP if you complete every challenge.

This would get you a long way on your Battle Pass, helping to unlock new characters, emotes, and weapon skins.

What's more, completing a total of 10 challenges from Week 3 and 4 combined will unlock an alternate Storm skin, so it's worth going out of your way to complete them.

MARVELOUS: Get ready for another week of Marvel filled challenges

How To Complete Season 4 Week 4 Challenges

Search Chests At Slurpy Swamp

This is a relatively easy challenge, requiring you to head to the Slurpy Swamps POI in Fortnite.

Located to the north on the island, on the left side of the river that cuts through the map, you may struggle to do this in one go due to there not being enough chests and competition from opponents.

Your best bet is to jump into squads or solos to ensure you are competing with fewer teammates and even opponents.

It will no doubt be a popular drop place, to begin with, but will die down as the week goes on.

Eliminations At Weeping Woods

Another simple challenge, but it can be hard depending on the spawns, especially in Team Rumble.

If you play Team Rumble enough times, more than likely the battle bus drops will allow a mix of both teams to drop in this location. Or the final circle will push you here.

It's also quite centralised, so you are more likely to come into some conflicts along the way; it is located between The Authority (central POI) and Slurpy Swamp (which is to the south-west).

Get on top of a building and search the attics for a chest and a rifle to quickly take out loot-less enemies.

WITH GREAT POWER COMES GREAT RESPONSIBILITY: Iron Man's no slouch

Deal Damage Within 100 Second Of Bouncing Off An Umbrella In Sweaty Sands

A bizarre and tricky challenge to complete, due to the nature of the challenge and the location.

Sweaty Sands is located in the cove, towards the north-west of the map, below The Ruins.

There are plenty of umbrellas or parasols located on the beachfront, particularly leading up to the swimming pool. If you play enough Team Rumble, spawns and final circles will eventually land you here.

If you can't 0-100 an opponent, you'll likely only need to complete this feat twice.

Sweaty Sands is a decent drop location for normal battle royale modes, so consider playing this mode to achieve this challenge.

Destroy Collector Cases At The Collection

The Collector, from the Guardians of the Galaxy, recently crashed into the map.

The Collection landmark is located to the south-east of Retail Row (which is also in the south-east of the map).

The landmark is wedged into the snowy mountain and can easily be reached by the Battle Bus.

Hack Stark Robots at Stark Industries

Last week's inclusion of Stark Industries decimated Frenzy Farm.

So you're looking to head to the only cluster of buildings on this elevated platform, which is located to the north-east (if you follow a direct path from the Authority to Steamy Stacks you should find it).

Once there, you will see Stark Robots roaming the area. Be sure to have a weapon and build to give yourself cover as their weapons will HURT.

Down a robot, head up to the robot and hack it by pressing the following button:

  • X button on Xbox One
  • Square button on PS4
  • Y button on Nintendo Switch

Destroy 20 Gatherers

Gatherers are enemy drones that Galactus has sent and are randomly distributed around the island.

The larger ones are Gorgers, that send out smaller ones called Gatherers; you want to destroy the small ones.

When you encounter a Gorger, be sure to allow as many Gatherers to spawn in as possible.

You will need to eliminate 20 of them, so it may be tough to find the Gorger again if you can't get it done in one attempt.

Pick up an assault rifle or a long-range weapon, build some cover if necessary or use any appropriate buildings on the map to poke out and take down the Gatherers.

Deal damage to opponents at Steamy Stacks

Another simple challenge, but can be hard if you're a fan of Team Rumble based on its location on the map.

If you play Team Rumble enough times, more than likely the battle bus drops will allow a mix of both teams to drop in this location. Or the final circle will push you here.

Get on top of a building and search the attics for a chest and a rifle to quickly take out loot-less enemies.

Again, it may take you a few tries to do, so don't focus too heavily on getting this challenge done from the get-go and focus on other things; it'll come naturally.

Deal damage to opponents at The Authority

This challenge will prove much easier than Steamy Stacks due to the location, it's very regularly the crossing points for modes like Team Rumble and regularly plays host to the final circles.

Get on top of the main building and for a chest and a rifle to quickly take out loot-less enemies.
