With Sith Lord Darth Vader as the tier 100 reward, there's a lot of desire for Battle Pass owners to complete all the current quests to level up quickly. As such, we've got details on the Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3 week 1 quests, so you know which tasks you have to complete.

Gain shields by bouncing on Slurp Bouncer mushrooms 10 times15,000 XPAny small mushrooms are good for this, but you'll find loads around Reality Falls.
Search 5 chests at Condo Canyon or Tilted Towers15,000 XPAim for the furthest POI from the battle bus to make this easier.
Visit the Zero Point in a motorboat15,000 XPBoats are easily found around the eastern body of water, and with rivers running through the map, it's an easy quest to complete.
Damage opponents with SMGs (200 damage)15,000 XPSMGs are best used in short/mid-range combat in open areas like a tower or outpost. In buildings, shotguns rule the roost.
Restore 300 health15,000 XPStock up on Medkits from a Reality Sapling and keep jumping off mushrooms to speed this one along.

In total, you can bag 135,000 XP just by finishing these quests, which is more than enough to get you a decent way through the early Battle Pass pages. That's before the Season Mission milestone quests kick out a good 100k EXP as well.

Do Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3 Week 1 Quests Expire?

No, Fortnite's weekly quests don't expire. They just keep piling up until you manage to make your way through them. Daily Missions, on the other hand, do expire, so while you'll get a big chunk of XP by completing any leftover weekly quests down the line, you'll never get back the XP you miss by skipping out on Daily quests.
