Fortnite Chapter 3, Season 1 launched on December 5, 2021, at 10:00 AM ET / 3:00 PM UTC. It is currently unknown how long the latest Season will be, though the current Battle Pass ends on March, 19, 2022. With that information it can be estimated that Season 2 will launch on March 20, 2022.

According to data miners, there will be only 5 major updates in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2. This includes season launch. So we'll be seeing an update list from v20.00 to v20.40.
Fortnite Chapter 3, Season 2 Map
It is expected that much of the snow in the Season 1 map will have melted by the time Season 2 rolls around, with areas like Tilted Towers revealed and new creatures like Dinosaurs roaming the Island. As the map changes progress over timer they will be updated here.

Fortnite Chapter 3, Season 2 Battle Pass
There is currently no information on the next Battle Pass, but it would be a welcome sight to include more of The Seven.

The Seven have taken control of the Island, but they are still fighting against IO to free the Zero Point. It is still early in Season 1, with very little of the current storyline unrevealed. Once the time until Season 2 draws closer there should be more of an idea of what the Season's theme will be.

In recent news, a new skin survey was sent out to select Fortnite players with a slew of new concepts that may show up in the game, including what looks to be the rest of the Seven. It appears the Origin, and possibly the Sisters, have finally been revealed.
