How to Beat Bahamut In Final Fantasy 7 Remake

Final Fantasy VII Remake might not be a one-to-one remake of the original game but it is a very good reimagining of the JRPG classic that’s aware of its predecessor’s influence and has some of the best graphics you’ll ever see on a modern-day console.

The game isn’t just a pretty face as excellent combat and some awesome boss fights have made Final Fantasy VII Remake a fun time for those that haven’t played or beaten the original, which is always nice to hear.

How to Beat Bahamut In Final Fantasy 7 Remake

While not exactly Dark Souls, some of the boss fights in Final Fantasy VII Remake can be pretty rough, especially if you’re fighting Bahamut, one of the game’s toughest bosses.

By the time you can fight Bahamut in Final Fantasy VII Remake you should have access to all of your party members so we recommend having Cloud, Tifa, and Aerith as the team to take down Bahamut.

Before taking part in the Bahamut fight in Final Fantasy VII Remake, try upgrading your weapons to their highest level so you can do as much damage as possible.

Do the same for your Materia that increases HP or can heal since this is a really tough boss and players will need all the help they can get.

The move players really have to look out for is when Bahamut starts charging and a countdown appears.

Make sure Cloud and Tifa do as much damage as possible while he’s charging so you can try to stagger him, while Aerith should be in charge of healing.

If Bahamut completes the attack he’ll unleash Megaflare and there’s a very good chance that players won’t survive the experience.

Unfortunately, Bahamut just gets stronger and more relentless as the battle goes on so make sure to block whenever possible. Evading won’t do you a lot of good since Bahamut’s attacks will have large hitboxes.

Just concentrate and make sure to level up your party to a fairly high level so you’ll eventually beat Bahamut.

Final Fantasy VII Remake is now available on the PS4 while Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade will be coming to PS5 on June 10.
