FIFA 22 Season 2: Level 30 Player Pick Review & Tips

Season 2 of the FIFA 22 Ultimate Team campaign is well underway.

As always, players will be hoping to work their way through the objectives in order to earn themselves the opportunity to select one of the Level 30 Player Picks.

There are three to choose from, all of which will add significant value to your FUT setup.

Here is our advice on who you should be looking to select once you reach the final tier.

Season 2 Level 30 Player Pick

As we saw with the Level 15 Player Pick, there are three cards that you will be able to choose between once you reach Level 30.

An English CB, a Dutch CM or a Brazilian CAM. The choice is yours.

Karlan Grant (86 OVR)

The first player up for grabs is Championship striker, Karlan Grant.

The West Bromwich Albion forward is undoubtedly the best that the Championship has to offer at this stage of FIFA, with his attacking statistics up there with the best that FIFA has to offer.

91-rated pace, 88-rated dribbling and 87-rated shooting make for the perfect target man to lead your line, whilst his 78-rated passing and 79-rated physicality aren't awful either.

3*/3* is a let down as far as Grant's weak foot and skill moves are concerned, but there are certainly worse forwards to have at this stage of the game. His nationality is a big bonus for links to other leagues, primarily the Premier League.

Marco Van Ginkel (86 OVR)

The second option that you can consider is Dutch CM, Marco Van Ginkel.

The former Chelsea man is currently plying his trade in the Eredivisie with PSV, and has a card that looks to dominate in all areas of the midfield.

With five of MVG's six base stats in excess of 80-rated, this is a card that can do a job in any of the primary central midfield positions, although we'd recommend using him in the CM role that he is assigned on this card.

With 3* skills and a 4* weak foot, he's the most well rounded option of the three that EA have offered, although building him into a team may prove tricky.

Lincoln (86 OVR)

The final option for you to take a look at is Brazilian attacking midfielder, Lincoln.

The Santa Clara favourite is another Liga NOS player pick option, but unquestionable the best that we have seen from the Portuguese league so far.

88-rated dribbling, 87-rated pace and 86-rated passing are the standout stats on this card, though his 84-rated shooting is above average for those in the attacking midfield position.

Lincoln is the best option for those looking for an impact substitute thanks to his ranged ability in attack, whilst his nationality bodes well for those looking to build a hybrid.
