HyperMotion Technology

The main takeaway is the launch of a "groundbreaking new gameplay technology" otherwise known as HyperMotion Technology.

The implementation of the HyperMotion technology is said to "revolutionise football gameplay" which should bring a more realistic experience than we have ever seen before.

But how exactly will this work? Let's take a look.

Advance 11v11 Match Capture

For the first time in FIFA history, EA Sports have captured high-intensity motion from 22 professional footballers.

By using the Xsens suits, EA has been able to obtain an "unprecedented volume of high-quality, real-human movement data" which in turn, will make the players on the virtual pitch appear more realistic than ever before.

Player Humanization

By using the same Xsens technology, EA has been able to bring a new range of off-ball player animations and ambient behaviour into the game.

You'll be able to see players talk, point and direct each other based on the on-ball action, helping to create the most immersive FIFA experience in history.

Tactical A.I.

New player intelligence has helped to improve the tactical awareness of the automated intelligence seen within FIFA, both in attack and in defence.

Attackers will be able to make up to 6x more decisions per second than in previous years, which will allow for a wider range of tactical decisions both in and out of possession.

The A.I. has been rewritten for the defensive unit too, with defenders now able to act as a tactical unit which will allow them to retain their shape and movement, making for a much more stubborn backline.

FUT Heroes

It's not all gameplay information either, we've also had official confirmation of the introduction of a brand new set of cards.
