FIFA 22 is in full flow now, with Career Mode enthusiasts getting stuck into all the new features that EA Sports have brought to the table.
One thing that remains the same though, is the importance of youth when setting yourself up for a long and prosperous career.
Whether it be world class talents like Erling Haaland or Kylian Mbappe, or promising teenagers like Mason Greenwood, there is plenty of youthful talent in the FIFA 22 forward ranks.

Best Young Strikers
For the purpose of this article, we'll be focusing on any striker in FIFA 22 that is aged 23 or younger.
We'll also be basing the rankings on highest potential as opposed to their current rating. We've chosen this route in order to find out who the best long-term signings will be.
With that in mind, here are the best young strikers to go and sign in FIFA 22.
Kylian Mbappé (OVR 91 ➡ POT 95)
The best young striker in FIFA 22 is none other than Paris Saint Germain's Kylian Mbappe.
Anyone who has used the 22-year-old in FIFA will know just how good he is, and with the potential to rise as high as a 95 OVR, he'll be one of the best FIFA strikers we've ever seen.
Trying to prise him away from PSG will prove tough though, you'll likely have to offer upwards of £200M if you want the prolific forward leading your line.
Erling Haaland (OVR 88 ➡ POT 93)
Alternatively, why not try going after Borussia Dortmund's Erling Haaland?
The Norweigan forward is expected to leave Dortmund at the end of this season, so now may be your last chance to get him signed in Career Mode.
A value of £118M has been placed on Haaland, we imagine you'll be able to get your hands on him for around the £150M mark.
João Felix (OVR 83 ➡ POT 91)
We've move down the price bands now, with Atletico Madrid forward, Joao Felix.
The Portuguese forward doesn't hit the heights of the likes of Mbappe and Haaland as far as his base rating is concerned, though is potential is right up there with the pair.
He's significantly cheaper too, you should be able to pick the Portuguese youngster up for less than £100M. He does have four years left on his contract though, so that could prove a sticking point.
Ferran Torres (OVR 82 ➡ POT 90)
The final young striker with the potential to rise into the 90's is Manchester City's Ferran Torres.
The Spaniard's primary position is out on the right wing, though he also has the ability to play centrally should you so desire.
Again, he's much cheaper than his counterparts in the list so far, and given the squad depth at Manchester City, you should be able to pick him up for around the £60M mark.
Mason Greenwood (OVR 78 ➡ POT 89)
Completing the top five is another young talent based in Manchester, United's Mason Greenwood.
The 19-year-old begins FIFA 22 as a mere 78 OVR, but if you give him adequate minutes on the pitch, that rating will soon rocket up to an 89.
His passion for Manchester United may make it difficult to draw the teenager away from Old Trafford. But with a value of just £26M, it's definitely worth a try.
