Three players have been teased via a brand new loading screen that's arrived in Ultimate Team this evening.

EA have gone down their traditional route of leaking some cryptic clues into Ultimate Team 24 hours ahead of the arrival of Team 2.

A French Real Madrid star, a Brazilian CAM and a pacey Portuguese winger are arriving, but who could they be?

Predictions

We've had a go at predicting a few of the squad members already, but now we've got some much more conclusive evidence to nail down three of the players.

Here is who we think the mystery men are.

Ferland Mendy (87 OVR)

It's a scary prospect, but the man behind the card on the left is almost certainly French LB, Ferland Mendy.

Mendy is one of two French stars at Real Madrid and, with Karim Benzema already owner of a plethora of special cards in FUT 21, Mendy is the only man for the job.

We're looking at an 87-rated Mendy that has the potential to rise to a frightening 89 OVR.

The best left-back in FIFA 21 just got a whole lot better.

Neymar Jr (93 OVR)

Now if Ferland Mendy isn't good enough for you, how about a position changed, What If Neymar Jr?

We're predicting that it will be the PSG superstar who is hiding behind the central card, with a 93-rated version heading to the What If promo tomorrow.

It will be a switch from a LW to a centralised attacking midfield role for the Brazilian, who will undoubtedly warrant a huge transfer fee if he is to be selected.

We're talking end-game cards at this point.

Gelson Martins (86 OVR)

The right card is probably the hardest to predict, but we're going to plump for Monaco winger, Gelson Martins.

The Portuguese winger has a pace rating of 94 on his base card, so a jump to a 97 isn't inconceivable.

With Monaco in some great form in Ligue 1 right now, Martins would be a hot favourite for an upgrade to an 88 OVR.

That strong link with Wissam Ben Yedder is very appealing too.

Dates

We won't have to wait long to find out if we are right with our predictions, as the What If Team 2 isn't far away.

The squad will arrive in FIFA Ultimate Team at 6pm GMT TOMORROW (Friday, March 5)
