To start off the objective, you’ll first have to complete a simple objective to unlock the first version of Fofana, a 78 CB item.

How To Get 82 Fofana
Once you’ve completed that simple objective and have the 78 Fofana, you’ll have to use him and complete objectives to unlock the next card in the cycle, an 82 CDM version.
