Mediatonic has finally lifted the lid on Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout's Season 6. Having previously confirmed they'd be implementing cross-platform progression between PC/PS4 players, they've now revealed it'll launch on November 30th, 2021.
Speaking about Season 6 through a live stream, Mediatonic's Franchise Design Lead, Joe Walsh, confirmed that they've taken inspiration from "festivals, carnivals, and circuses" for their latest theme. Accordingly, five new rounds were teased, alongside "outrageous" new obstacles, 25 new costumes and upcoming modes.
Fall Guys Season 6 Launches Next Week, Bringing New Crossovers With Sackboy and Ghost of Tsushima
We've also got two new PlayStation crossovers, introducing new costumes for Ghost of Tsushima's Jin Sakai. Elsewhere, Mediatonic's bringing in LittleBigPlanet's Sackboy for a full Sackboy Challenge, which runs from December 1st-5th. Similarly, Sackboy: A Big Adventure's also getting Fall Guys costumes, also launching on December 1st.
Sadly, if you're waiting on a release date for the Nintendo Switch or Xbox editions, we've got bad news. No details were revealed regarding and considering they were pushed back to late 2021, that window's narrowing. There's plenty to look forward to though, and we'll keep you updated as we learn more.
