We're fast approaching Season 6 for Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout and Mediatonic are getting prepared. Following news that they'll reveal upcoming season details during "Big Streamus 2: The Dabbening" on November 23rd, they've confirmed that cross-platform progression launches alongside it.

Revealing details in a new blog post, Mediatonic advised that much like Rocket League and Fortnite, an Epic Games Account is now mandatory. That'll allow PC players to use custom usernames, cross-platform progression between PC/PS4, and more.

Unfortunately, you can't create cross-platform parties yet, but Mediatonic did advise that feature's coming in a future update. They're also giving away 10 free crowns upon completion, and you'll need to select a primary profile between different platforms. Chances are, it'll be the same setup when Switch and Xbox editions for Fall Guys arrive later this year.

As mentioned before, we've not got long to wait until Season 6's officially revealed. Next week's upcoming stream promises to showcase " trailers, rounds, gameplay, costumes, features, the fame path, interviews" and a launch date. We'll keep you informed when that happens.
