SMITE Is Heading to Playstation

Join the Battleground of the Gods on PS4!

On the 19th of February, Smite, the largest MOBA available on console, officially entered its Closed Alpha on the PlayStation 4.

As expected, Smite will be free-to-play on the PlayStation Store, with new users gaining instant access to five free Gods. A series of exclusive PS4 skins will also become available with the Closed Beta, including Odin’s “World’s Collide” skin for players who link their PS4 accounts to their Hi-Rez PC accounts and Kulkulkan’s “KuKu4” skin, an exclusive reward for all PS Plus members.

Unable to gain access to the Closed Beta? Don’t fret! Players will be able to purchase the ‘Founder’s Pack’ for $29.99, unlocking all present and future Gods in Smite, 400 Gems, an Ares “Soldier of Fortune” skin, and a key for instant beta access.

Currently, there have been no indications of a PS4 Smite eSports circuit, however, with more than 14 million players before the PlayStation launch, Hi-Rez Studios may have to make room to accommodate another platform.
